Wild by Tart’s recently refurbished ‘Mezzanine’ space is the ultimate private dining inLondon. A unique space nestled away in the popular Eccleston Yards, Belgravia, just a stone's throw from Victoria Station. This year, we collaborated with distinguished British brands, Farrow & Ball, Oka, CINNY, and Pelican House, to bring you this laid-back, chic and inviting space, perfect for a memorable group dining experience. Set overlooking the restaurant, the aptly named ‘Mezzanine’ private dining room benefits from all the buzz of the restaurant below, with the luxury and comfort of your own area.
Bolstering the space’s wonderful ambience, are the curated mix of designers who, combined with Lucy and Jemima, have come together to create the interior. Guests in the private dining room will enjoy furnishings from leading British furniture brand, Oka, whose mission is to make time spent with friends and family more memorable – something that rings true throughout the space. These pieces of furniture – among which are the long, oval table, red ‘bobble’ candle stick holders, and gorgeous striped armchairs – were carefully selected by Lucy andJemima and perfectly encompass Wild by Tart’s cool aesthetic for this luxurious private dining in London.
The wonderful woven artwork hanging adjacent to the Mezzanine was created just for Wild by Tart. ‘Wild Things’ was born from a collaborative brainstorm between Lucy andJemima, and Bella and India, the founders of Pelican House. From a creative map of ideas, their collective vision emerged to integrate animals into the design with a mythical twist, resulting in creatures that ignite curiosity and imagination — the perfect eye-catching and unique spectacle for guests to this private dining room in London.
Adhering to the Wild by Tart love of stripes, when collaborating with Farrow & Ball for the wallpaper of the private room’s alcoves, their ‘Tented Stripe’ was a natural pick, perfectly paired with ‘Railings’ in ‘Dead Flat’ to paint the cornicing.

Complementing the notes of red incorporated in the choices of furniture and in the woven art piece, ‘Wild Things’, is the brilliant red of the curtains made with fabric by British fabric, wallpaper and homeware brand, CINNY. The bold red stripes frame the space beautifully while adding a subtle sense of theatre to this wonderfully unique room in London.

The Mezzanine private dining room can seat up to 16 people or as many as 20 people standing. For groups of 9 or more, we offer our popular three-course feasting style menu which comprises a selection of the dishes on our A La Carte menu. Our menu is seasonal, with big flavours and ingredients sourced sustainably, and locally where possible. Currently, group bookings of 9 or more will receive our Festive Feasting Menu, which is made up of winter seasonal classics with a Wild by Tart twist – these include roast Aylesbury duck, brassicas, ginger & star anise, and the delicious Cured Chalk Stream trout gravalax & winter citrus.The feasting menu dishes are designed to share, the perfect way to bring your party together with a truly memorable private dining experience in London.
As with the food on our menus, our drinks change with the seasons and are made in house, which contributes towards creating a destination bar that Belgravia recognises as one of the best bars in the neighbourhood. Further setting this private dining in London apart from others, is that much of the produce sourced for our cocktails – like our food – are sourced sustainably and locally, and even directly from Lucy and Jemima’s farms where possible. On request, our bar team will prepare a round of cocktails of your choice to welcome you and your guests – for example, our popular seasonalBellini made with homemade puree is currently quince and crab apple, sourced from Lucy’s farm in Northumberland. Similarly, our wine list has been meticulously curated by our sommelier to bring you a mixture of ‘Classic Journey’ flavours for those seeking beloved classics, and ‘Wild Discoveries’ for the more adventurous.
