Our approach to drinks reflects our approach to all ingredients, food and cooking. As with the food on our menus, our drinks are influenced by seasons and therefore the Wild cocktails and shrubs adapt as often as the restaurant menu does – seasonally. We pride ourselves on delicious house-made ingredients; cordials, shrubs, tonics, vinegars, kombucha, ferments - this plays nicely into our mission to waste as little as possible.
The bar is open all day, serving our signature cocktails, a carefully selected wine list, independent beers, and house-made soft drinks.
Every day, from 5pm - 7pm, our Margarita menu is £8. Each month, a new seasonal Wild by Tart style Margarita will be on offer alongside your classic margarita.
